What is Grafite?
Grafite is an AI-powered meeting assistant that records, transcribes, and summarizes your meetings — plus tracks people, manages tasks, and lets you ask questions across all your data. It runs entirely in your browser with nothing to download.
Is Grafite free?
Grafite is 100% free during the beta — every feature, no credit card required.
When paid plans launch, early adopters will receive a lifetime discount. We'll give plenty of notice before any pricing changes.
How do I get started?
Sign up with your Google or Microsoft account in about 30 seconds. Connect your calendar, and you're ready to start recording and organizing your meetings.
Can I use Grafite on my phone?
Yes. Grafite is a fully responsive web app that works on any device with a modern browser — laptop, tablet, or phone. You can record meetings, take notes, manage tasks, and ask questions from anywhere.
Recording & Transcription
Does Grafite work with Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams?
Yes. Grafite records audio directly from your device, so it works with any meeting platform — Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack huddles, and even in-person meetings. No plugins or extensions needed.
How accurate is the transcription?
Grafite uses advanced AI speech-to-text models to deliver near-human-level transcription accuracy. Results depend on audio quality, but in typical meeting scenarios the accuracy is excellent.
How does recording work without a bot?
Grafite captures audio directly from your browser — no bot joins the call, no extra participant in the attendee list, no extension to install. The meeting stays natural and undisrupted.
What meeting platforms are supported?
Any platform you can hear through your device. Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack, phone calls, and in-person meetings are all supported — no integrations or plugins required.

What do AI summaries include?
Grafite's AI summaries extract key decisions, action items, discussion highlights, and follow-ups from your meetings. You can customize the format with templates for different meeting types like standups, 1:1s, and client calls.
Can I customize the summary format?
Yes. Grafite includes multiple summary templates optimized for different meeting types. The AI adapts its output format based on the template you choose, so you always get the most useful structure for each meeting.
What is Ask Grafi?
Ask Grafi is your conversational AI assistant. You can ask plain-English questions across all your notes, meetings, tasks, and people — like "What did we decide about the pricing change?" or "When did I last meet with Sarah?" — and get instant answers with citations.
Features & Capabilities
Does Grafite work with my calendar?
Yes. Grafite connects to Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar (Outlook). Your meetings sync automatically, and you can join calls directly from the Grafite agenda view.
How does task management work?
Action items extracted from your meetings flow into a built-in task manager with kanban boards, lists, due dates, and priorities. Everything stays connected to the meeting it came from, so context is always one click away.
Will Grafite replace my existing note-taking app?
Grafite can replace multiple tools at once — your meeting recorder, note app, task manager, and people tracker. Most users find they no longer need separate tools for each of these.
How does people tracking work?
Grafite automatically builds a people directory from your calendar meetings. You can see your full meeting history with any contact, their company, and your shared conversations — so you always have context before your next call.
Can I switch from another tool to Grafite?
Yes — just sign up and start using Grafite alongside your existing tools. Since Grafite is browser-based, there's nothing to install or migrate. You can transition gradually at your own pace.
Privacy & Security
Is my data private and secure?
Your recordings and notes are stored securely and are only accessible to you. Grafite does not share your data with other users or third parties.
AI processing uses enterprise-grade APIs with strict data handling policies — your content is processed and not retained by AI providers.
What about data ownership?
Your data is yours. Period. Your account is tied to your personal login and everything you capture is private to you. Your professional knowledge base stays under your control.
Is my Grafite account tied to my company?
No — your Grafite account is personal, tied to your own login. Your notes, recordings, and people directory are always accessible to you, regardless of where you work.
Pricing & Plans
What happens when the beta ends?
You'll get plenty of notice before any paid plans launch. We'll always have a generous free tier.
Early adopters who join during the beta will receive a lifetime discount on any future premium plans. The earlier you join, the better the deal.
Will there be team or enterprise plans?
Yes — we're designing team and enterprise plans with shared workspaces, team-level features, and admin controls. Reach out to support@grafite.io if you're interested in early access.
Are there any usage limits?
During the beta, there are generous fair-use limits, but you get full access to every feature. We want you to use Grafite as much as possible.
How does pricing compare to other tools?
Most meeting recorders charge $20-30/month for fewer features. When we launch paid plans, our goal is to be significantly more affordable while offering a more complete solution — recording, transcription, summaries, people tracking, tasks, and conversational AI in one tool.
